2024 ISP Performance Report

This report provides an in-depth performance evaluation of major US and Western European Internet Service Providers. Drawing on data from Cloudflare’s Aggregated Internet Measurement (AIM) project, NetForecast evaluated critical user experience metrics including download/upload speeds, latency, and packet loss, to identify significant disparities in ISP performance. Unlike similar analysis, this report captures the impact of network congestion on the user experience.
