The pandemic has raised concerns that some ISPs are inadequately supporting the ability to learn and work from home. But what is needed to support a good quality videoconferencing experience? We performed real-world measurements to answer that question, and published a report that identifies the minimum network bandwidth, latency, and loss thresholds needed for acceptable videoconferencing.
