Nelson Chen

Software Engineer

Nelson is a software engineer specializing in database management, API development, and cloud computing. He works closely with NetForecast’s Chief Technologist, Alan Jones, developing and improving apps (such as the QMap customer portal) and other products and tools for our transportation customers.

Nelson studied at Virginia Polytechnic and State University, where he majored in Economics, with a minor in Computer Science.
