The pandemic has raised concerns that some ISPs are inadequately supporting the ability of students to learn from home. But what is needed to support a good quality eLearning experience? We performed real-world measurements to answer that question, and published a report that identifies the minimum network bandwidth needed for an acceptable eLearning experience.
